Job description :
We are looking for a Production Manager to join our Customer Operations team. Reporting to the Head of Customer Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operational flow - including planning, production, logistics, quality, internal coordination, and continuous improvement.
Your missions:
Production Management (approx. 90% of the workload)
Carry out production operations
In collaboration with customers, define, update, monitor, and adjust the production schedule
Plan and sequence manufacturing orders
Perform machine setups and adjustments
Release products after quality control
Monitor and manage production-related invoices
Ensure necessary supplies and materials are available
2. Logistics
Manage the physical reception of products on site
Coordinate material and parcel shipments within the European Union
Ensure proper execution of logistics activities and machine maintenance operations
3. Quality & Compliance (ISO 9001)
Contribute to the overall quality control of production
Lead the R3 quality process: documentation, non-conformity handling, corrective actions
Monitor production process performance indicators
4. Continuous improvement & Coordination
Propose improvement initiatives across the entire scope of the role
Participate in Quality Management System (QMS) steering meetings
Raise alerts in case of deviations and ensure deadlines are met and respected
Work closely with industrialization, project teams, software support, finance, and suppliers
What we are looking for / You may be a good fit for the team if you have or are:
Bac+2/3 in production management and/or logistics
5–8 years of proven experience in production management or logistics within an industrial environment
Professional skills:
Production planning and management
Logistics and shipping management
Competencies in the Office Suite (especially Excel)
Soft skills:
Customer oriented
Rigor & autonomy
Reactivity
Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively
Language skills:
French: level C2
English: level B1/B2
