Junior Product Owner
EDGYN is an innovative player in brand protection, product traceability, and authentication. We help our clients fight counterfeiting and parallel markets, and protect consumers.
What is the purpose of our solutions? It’s simple: when you buy a product, we verify that it is genuine!
We develop mobile applications, industrial marking and coding systems, and services that enable clients across industries (cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, luxury goods, and spirits!) to detect fraud.
Today, EDGYN is a team of around fifty people, based in Paris (14th district) and Le Bourget du Lac (Savoie). The company is experiencing steady growth, has strong ambitions in scaling and development, and relies on cutting‑edge technologies.
This role is based in Le Bourget‑du‑Lac, France, and requires a hybrid work model.
Main mission:
We are looking for a Junior Product Owner to help turn product ideas into working software. You will work closely with the Product Manager and/or Product Owners, as well as the engineering team, to translate product initiatives into clear requirements and support the delivery of new features.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate product initiatives into clear user stories and requirements
Maintain and refine the product backlog together with the product team
Work closely with engineers during sprint planning and development
Clarify requirements and support the team during implementation
Review completed features and support testing, and releases
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business.
0 - 2 years of exposure to IT products or technology‑related environments (industrial software, mobile apps, web platforms, supply chain domain)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to translate ideas into structured requirements
Ability to collaborate with software engineers and stakeholders across teams
Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a product role
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other project management platforms.
Nice to have: exposure to Figma or similar design tools
