We’re looking for a Junior Sales Trainee to support our Private Markets Team.
An exciting opportunity for a motivated student to gain hands-on experience, grow in sales, and contribute to impactful projects.
Main Responsibilities
Document Management & Commercial Coordination
- Harmonizing commercial offers (formats, branding, structure)
- Centralizing documents in SharePoint and the CRM
- Proofreading and verifying documents (spelling, consistency, compliance)
- Ensuring pricing consistency across all materials
- Creating and monitoring market pricing
- Creating and updating client databases
Financial Reporting Support
- Extracting client data from internal platforms
- Consolidating data for transmission to Finance (billing preparation)
- Monitoring commercial KPIs and contributing to process improvement
Commercial Content Creation & Formatting
- Formatting and harmonizing commercial presentations
- Assisting in the creation of commercial materials (slides, product sheets, etc.)
- Structuring and enriching the content repository
Prospecting & Business Development
- Targeting contacts within strategic accounts
- Creating prospecting files by market
- Drafting and sending prospecting emails (meeting requests, content distribution)
- Monitoring email campaigns and follow-ups, in collaboration with the Marketing team
Profile
- Enrolled in a business school, university, or equivalent (Bachelor’s to Master’s level)
- Proficient in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally CRM tools (Zoho and/or noCRM)
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and team spirit
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Initiative, autonomy, and a service-oriented mindset
