We are seeking an Industrial Field Engineer to strengthen our Industrial Engineering Team responsible for hardware and special vision system machines. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EDGYN’s industrial systems for clients in France and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Deployment and Integration:
• Lead on-site installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical hardware
• Integrate EDGYN systems with client infrastructure and ensure seamless operation
• Execute and validate test protocols with clients
• Deliver technical training to operators, maintenance staff, and supervisors
• Gather and relay client feedback for continuous product improvement
2. Maintenance and Technical Support:
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide hands-on maintenance (electromechanical, optical, automation, IT, and network) on-site with remote support
• Prepare detailed maintenance reports and document feedback
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for industrial systems
3. Engineering Collaboration:
• Participate in internal design, assembly, and validation of new systems
• Support shipment preparation and system readiness
• Conduct site audits for system implementation and upgrades
4. Internal Support:
• Maintain and calibrate internal equipment (test benches, tools, vehicles, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial installation and maintenance, ideally in manufacturing (packaging, pharma, beverages, etc.)
• Willingness to travel regularly within France and internationally (driver’s license B required)
• Very good communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to understand and use English in a professional context, including some technical terms
• Fluent in French
• Degree (BAC +2 or higher) in electrotechnics/electrical engineering
• Electrical certification is a plus
